We have tried online booking systems before and because of the nature of the Bouncy Castle business
they could not be tailored to the specifics of the business.
This new version is however the best I have seen yet for the industry. Eddie and his design team were
on hand to fit around everything that our business required from online booking. Eddie was available
to go through all of the requirements we had in depth and listened to the way we do things at present,
and has come up with ongoing solutions to integrate the booking system with the procedures that we
currently have in place.
